Glad you fixed it Ian.
I got one off egay and swapped it before I sold mine. Was a good case, but keypad wore out in about 2 weeks.. Was rubber and not plastic like the OEM one. Although it came in a Sony Ericsson box with SE dismantling tools.
Guess i shouldn't believe everything I read! Mine you the article I read was about ADSL Max which is more sensitive no? Ignore me if I'm talking s**t. Still trying to learn!
I bet you get your moneys worth out of newsgroups with that fast a connection!;)
Yup. 172 handles pretty well but Williams is a whole different beast. They would probably go round a track at a similar pace std vstd but the Williams makes the 172/182's feel crude by comparison. imho.

Give Him a call fella. Comes on here sometimes - Seems a sound enough fella.
I'm sick of repairing it. And sick of the amount if moves around. Shame because I really like the way it looks. Last thing I want is an exhaust that sit's below the bumper because it looks awful imho.
LOL
Or for people with more sense than to pay £45 for a DVD. ;)
Same applies to the music industry. If they didn't charge such ridiculous prices in the first place people wouldn't bother with piracy.
If 360 games were £20 a pop I'd be willing to bet that a hell of a lot less people...
But you were saying it was the optimum point to change for power. Does the car make less power when it's cold? No. It's to stop you hitting the limiter. That is all. This was discussed years ago and verified as being just a 'look out here's the limiter' light.
There was a road test where...
Standard tyres are Michelin Pilot Exalto 2's on a 182 Cup not contis.
I have PE2's on my 172 but didn't think they were as good as everyone made out. Going to try some goodyears next.
And I would say 12k is about average. I finished off the OEM conti's in about 8k lol.
Me too, hence why I bought Turinis. (before it became so much of a faux pas lol)
I'd rather buy a ph2 and change the wheels than buy a ph1. Like I said, I really don't think there is a better car - It's just preference and more usually budget which dictate what you get. There hasn't been a...
Xbox live pwns Sony's offerening. It's not even in the same league.
Love em or hate em, Microsoft made a f**king brilliant job of Xbox live. It's really superb.
Ph1 looks dated, interior is dated and f**king horrible. Performance diference is nothing - difference in weight is cancelled out slightly by the gearing. Ph2 has climate, xenons etc.
There is no clear cut answer and it's entirely personal choice. Some people say the ph1 looks aggresive - To...
Well I live local to there - 10 miles is a lot to me!!!!
I guess 10 miles isn't much in a national sense. I live less than 10 miles from Uttoxeter so I guess it's all relative. I'd say Alton Towers is near Rocester!!!!
One thin I'm sure we can a gree on is that uttoxeter is a s**t hole. lol.
No idea. Not everything Renault do makes sense!
If it was optimum for peak power, why does it come on lower when your car is cold? It's merely to stop you hitting the limiter.
The shift light is fuckall to do with the optimum. as said a thousand times it's merely a warning that the limiter is fast approaching.
Any half decent driver should be able to feel when the power is beginning to drop off and learn when to change to drop you to roughly where your peak torque is.
