Did you actually check them with a multimeter? Maplins 'experts' get them wrong very frequently.

Nope! Will clear once the right resistance is there. So, open circuit (resistor off line) results in the AIRBAG light ON, closed circuit with right resistance seen by the ecu, light OFF :)
No the fault light will clear when the fault is cleared, (correct resisitance) so all is good. With the capital seating ones your paying for the right connector to snap onto the Renault loom. With a standard resisitor you just push it into the Renault connector. I personally just get some from...
This as i put earllier. Some people are deluded if you can get a mint, and i mean spotless Cup for around 3k. Most are dogs around that price. Even mine at 4k wasnt totally mint, bodywork wise, but had fsh and under 50k.

Nice mate. I have the Sabelt in mine, 330mm is one of the best mods you can do imo. Mine is starting to show slight wear at the ten to 12 position, but meh, i'll get it recovered in leather if needs be
