Ha 'spirited', I like. You are right, they are good for 'spirited' driving but at least you can get sensible numbers from the car (182) too. (44+mpg). Not so much with the 197, which might put people off.
It's funny how listening to my 'bat out of hell' CD increases my fuel efficiency but as...
I thought the 197 was a bit higher up the rev range in top gear @ 70mph, compared with 182. Not very good for motorway cruising and the MPG really sucks for a 2 ltr (medium sized) car. Why did they have to make it so big and heavy??
In my opinion, stripes suck on all cars except GT40s'. The worst car for stripes just now has to be the Fiesta ST! If you like them though.... I have been close to mocking people that have stripes on their car. Just looks like the road painter has decided to proceed right over the car...
I reckon M3 v M5 would be a fairly close contest on a tight track, like Tsukuba for example. I've seen a race where the M3 comes a close 3rd against an Evo and Ferrari 360.
Yeah, loud exhausts should be banned. They are just an embarrassment on small cars with no power. Some t**t drives up my street everyday in a 1.4 Civic and I can hear it a mile away. He has to tickle the throttle in order to make as little noise as possible and then he boots it out of the...
350Z - Easily! I personally think the V6 is just a bit too much (kit) for the size of car. If they didn't exist and someone had modded their Sport to look like a V6, it would get pelted. 350Z carries it off perfectly. I still like V6's for what they are but I would rather spend £26k on the...
Dealer said nothing as he fell asleep on the test drive. Unfortunately, he woke up as I pulled into the garage. I was going to get his manager to show him how good he was at selling cars.
So does that mean they (the cars) don't handle or the driver can't handle? Or is it just because of the road conditions? Weight transfer at 20mph....what's it like at 70mph?
Had my Cup for 3 years, just had 24000 miles service and everything is great.
Love driving it, still looks great (okay, there are a few unavoidable scratches) and will probably keep it for a while.
