...the fake headlamp washers bits on 172 Cups, as one of mine has been chored! Can't locate them anywhere and Renault want 65 bucks for 2!! Or, as the salesman suggested, chore one from another Cup.
I would have if there had been any Cups in his yard, t**t!
Anyone?
So that means the M3 can compete with some £100K cars, which means it is a bargain! The M3 is a classy looking car where the V6 is not. But it's not meant too. It's an 'in your face' all talking, not so much walking Renault Clio. If the 182 is a shopping trolley, girls car then fine. At least I...
No arguements, just a good topic!
If anything, it's impressive that you get a choice within the Clio range (or did) from 1.2 all the way to V6. You can't say that about many hatchbacks.
Indeed, it's mostly about real experience.
Power to weight ain't everything though. It comes down to the driver and whether you are 'playing' on public roads. Some people might feel there is a limit and will not want to end up with a squashed car. That's not down to the car. For example, an...
We are talking about Clios here. M3's are a completely different car. You get a shed load more in a M3 for the money than you do in a V6. The performance from the M3 is fantastic and you get 4 seats, a large boot and BMW quality. You also get one of the most well-sorted saloons on the road.
V6...
5.6 secs if you are very lucky. Try 5.8 for V6 and 6.8 for Cup. So a second difference to 60 and maybe 2-3 secs on a good day to 100mph. 8-10 Grand more for a new V6 compared with 182, I would rather spend that amount on a 111R or 350Z. In other words, if you want a wide Clio with 2 seats, go...
V6 will take it, but not a country mile, like the price tag would make you believe!
V6 will have more grunt throughout the gears and better traction off the line. Pound for pound - the 182 is the better option.
The supercharged version is 5.5 secs to 60. Regular 3.2 V6 is 6.5 secs so your 182 will be nicely matched and much better handling.
People who buy Crossfires don't know much about cars, or at least good sport cars.
The Crossfire is not a car for driving thrills. Everyone to their own but I doubt you will read any good reviews about them. They regularly get embarassed by small hatches and will be redundant within 10 years. Sorry - they suck!
