You would think that on a car that is so nice they might have designed some decent dials. The dial console looks $hit. 1 million warning lights please.
It must be $hit owning a supercar, when every t**t in a pocket change turbo, SRI'd, decat, remapped Cup tries to pretend they could have them.
At least in this case you admitted defeat in the title but what would have been funnier, if you both had been blown by the Police for driving like t***s.
Passenger seat rattles the most. Asked Renault to fix it and of course, they could find the fault. Ehhh, the seat is loose you muppets. Dash seems to rattle when cold outside but not so much in summer. A bit of expansion I think.
Yeah, new Civic is a bit of a disappointment. I don't think it looks that good anymore (it looked good when released - something new, a bit different). I would have the Megane over it, or the Golf. Mixed reviews.
I think an Atom would be my first purchase after a lottery win. I was luck enough to be involved in a small convoy of two bikes (I was on the back of one), a 996 Turbo and an Atom. The motorway was fairly busy, so not much chance of a drag but when there was a gap, all vehicles mentioned were...
Ha ha ha ha.....you thought they were fast? I hope you get a chance to try one. You will leave a jobby trail the length of the M1 and go crying back to Momma's house to get cleaned.
Depends what you are looking for in that type of car. New Megane is a much better driver's car, a lot faster and is now quite a nice package. The build quality in the new Renaults are a lot better so I think there is a good arguement against the Golf. Clio should be able to achieve this status.
Yeah, I can see turbo's going into the Clio. With all cars getting heavier due to safety, and the 'bar' being raised each time a hot hatch is released, (power wise) I reckon the Clio will need it. Look at VXR, VW, Mini. All turbo.
Clio would win easily as the VXR would torque steer into a tree! :rasp:
Around a track, Clio has SRI and VXR. SRI has a bigger top end but not great handling.
They look quite nice and get a good write-up. A nice, fairly cheap way to have fun. They will never be mega fast, with or without a chip. Probably a better option than say a Fiesta ST.
Those XK8's suck. I don't think a typical XK8 driver would even notice a Clio smoking it. They look like they would be better with a sail on the roof. Maybe Top Gear can help?
Fair enough. 599 is a nice piece of kit! I guess I just like Porsche more than any other cars. The 911 price for what you get is pretty amazing. I wouldn't ever turn down an M though. Always liked the M Coupe.
147's are pretty gash. Look nice but I doubt you would be happier with one. Focus RS is better option but interior is rank in my opinion. What about Megane?
My postcode is low risk. Renewal kicks in on Tuesday. Driveway, 8000miles per year. £250 excess, guaranteed ncb. My previous insurer (Tesco) quoted £360. I was shocked at the price too but I quickly snapped it up. Tesco have always been the best for me, until now.
Maybe they know you have ZX-10R??
The 997 turbo puts up figures not far off a Carrera GT. M5 is a fast car but it's a four door saloon. You can kid yourself all you want, overall, an M5 is not in the same league as a 911 Turbo.
You will have seen the 997 take the Gallardo from 50mph then?! Or this...
