Im not liking the interior at all, looks really disjointed and lacking in any sort of uniformity - fugly.
As for the exterior well that looks as you would expect i guess, will see what the RS brings, but im MORE than happy with my MK2 and i dont for one second think it looks tired.
Maybe im...
^^^Lower your car some mate would look mint.
Well i took the plunge and went for yellow (never buy halfords caliper paint btw, its sh*te)
Picture (bad light on phone cam) overall im impressed with the look, although im going to give them a final coat over the weekend once paint is fully...
Wel thanks very much guys, great feedback and pics. Must say im particularly drawn by the whole yellow theme especially given my struts are yellow.
Tomorrows project perhaps! :)
Looks great, im pretty sure with the correct tooling this could be managed a piece of cake without having to remove the manifold. Get yourself to a decent tool hire joint and tell them what you need to do. And its your hard work to improve your car...
*finds some sandpaper*
Thanks for the opinion guys (cheers phil hehe) any more ideas?
So far silver/black seems to be order of the day, as phil says my wheels expose a lot of caliper.
Cheers.
Hi people,

So what colour shall i paint them?
P.S First person to say pink gets a slap :-)

-Get rid of ALL neon (includes-jets/tubes this isnt Need for Speed)
-Stop thinking about ANY sort of sunstrip, just bin it....honestly!
If you like the Sport badge i dont see anything wrong with it, but when another chav...
lol mate, your going all out on your new project i see. i thought you were nuts removing the engine cover and spare wheel for weight lol.
Goodluck with it, i want pics of the new motor :)
Always wondered why people dont use some sort of cheap filter system to prevent flies/gravel/water going into their aid feed like below, it may stop a few CFM per minute, but better than getting an air filter full of sh*te.

Should take dated photographs of your car before you take it in of your panelling. If it comes back with a dent, they then cant say "wasnt us".
Five minute job can save a lot of hassle.
Guys id just like to say thanks very much for all your help, and my membership and stickers are on the way so all you guys in your 182s look out for a vicious, throaty, Clio 1.2 hehehhe.
Hopefully with these lights, my new duals and a new Alpine HU my car will once again be happy :)
So you literally just change the order of the block to match that?
Im assuming that all the wiring is there already and by following fUbars guide i can simply swap the colours and be up and running. If so great :)
Well i just won these, not paid too much for them hopefully - will look much...
Any idea where i can find them, or how much they cost?
So they will fit but just need to adjust the standard wiring?
Just on eBay because i hate my standard rear lights (all red), and im ordering some dual opticals from Cliospares tomorrow.
Diagram would be great!
Do i need any...
