Looks great, im pretty sure with the correct tooling this could be managed a piece of cake without having to remove the manifold. Get yourself to a decent tool hire joint and tell them what you need to do. And its your hard work to improve your car... *finds some sandpaper*

Should take dated photographs of your car before you take it in of your panelling. If it comes back with a dent, they then cant say "wasnt us". Five minute job can save a lot of hassle.
