Coolant Bottle Change - Need to bleed?

I wouldn't worry too much tbh. Drain the header tank, swap over and top it up. While it's disconnected, keep the pipe up to stop too much leaking out and it'll be reet.

help / pointers on removing 172 cup brake master cylinder?

It's nuts you'll be undoing. 2 hold the vac pipe bracket on, then two hold the MS to the servo under those. Once those are off, and your reservoir and lines are disconnected, it's as simple as wiggling it out. Worth noting that you'll need clip to bleed it i believe. Real pig of a job.

help / pointers on removing 172 cup brake master cylinder?

No need to do the servo to remove the MS. Fiddly fucker with the engine in though.

    Suggestions on buying hi-miled 172/182

Some of them do use oil, but not in high quantities. In my experience, the ones that do breathe a bit of oil are usually the quicker ones too.

    145k Service! Few guides please

Aux belt on a cup couldn't be simpler tbh. Drivers wheel off. Headlight and bumper off just for vision/access. Just make sure the belt is routed the same as before and the longest side of the belt won't rotate more than 90 degrees and you'll be laughing.

Currently removing my gearbox - tips please

With the right tools, it is for sure. With short axle stands, hand tools only and a regular trolley jack rather than a big b*****d like i have now, i'd still go out the top. lol.

Currently removing my gearbox - tips please

@Dan@SJM I apologise also BTW. Removed a box from my 182 last night subframe down on one side. Came out so much quicker than out the top. Putting it back in, i might have a bit more fun on the deck tbh.

    What are these called?

Are you sure you broke them?! I've removed these countless ones and refitted and the clips are hard as nails. You have to push a lot harder than you think you would need to for them to snap back in place.

    Which ABS sensors?

I hate to think what that thing owed you. Lol.

    Coolant change how to
