Nope, won't gain any power by putting a 182 engine in. Not the bare engine anyway.
If you put the lower inlet manifold and the exhaust manifold on, you'd gain a touch, but would need to get a link pipe from the mani to your exhaust. Hassle tbh.
Little mods like this make no real difference tbh.
It's when you combine 4/5/6 of these small mods that it becomes 'worthwhile'.
That said, unless going cams/ITB's/Boost, in my eyes it's pointless chasing more powah from a 1*2. Suspension and brakes will almost certainly be money better spent...
Just find someone breaking a known running good car tbh. Simplest way. Just do the cambelt and clutch while it's out and you'll be alright.

Just refill to the correct level now, run it for ten mins, let it cool and check the level.
Any damage that may have been done will have been done already, so you just need to check the level now and see how it is.
