Its w**k tbh. I prefered the fabric Recaors in my 197. Leather, (renault plastic ;)) cold in the winter, hot in the summer. Fail.

No, read the item, it has no spring/actuator arm :)

? Why would you do that? The RS clios let you play with the bigger boys, with near 40mpg. Perfect B road chassis, what more could you want?

Agree. After having my 197 for nearly three years, and just swapping it for a 172 Cup to free up cash, it was a bit of a culture shock. The refinement in the 197 is in a different leauge tbh. Love the cup though, proper old school!

Just bought my second, after having a 182/197 for the last three years. Love em tbh! Had nothing major. The dephaser needs changing on mine, but is a lottery on any RS Clio tbh

There are two plastic caps on the hinge sides, glue them in 100% sort it, trust me :)

Silvers best with Mondial Blue, trust me :)

Where do you think the 182 got its 'cup' parts from?? Real cups (172) ;) had the splitter, enlarged boot spoiler as standard.

There was a recall on them (182's) back in the day, something to do with the vac pipe off the servo giving said symptoms
