I submitted quote to greenlight on basis that I will have 2 years no claims.
£777.75 was the quote fully comp with £300 excess and all mods declared.
Exhaust, chip, viper, coilovers, colour coding......cant remember rest.
To get my front shock out easier I dismantled it all while it was in the arch. took off nut and rubber donut and other bits and the shock came out easier, bit by bit.lol.
coilovers are uprated shocks and springs. My main point was that i went from knackered shock to good, and all is fine, but coilovers are worth the money if your shocks need replacing.
Mine pulled to the left before i fitted my coilovers now I can let go of steering and it goes straight, even over bumps. I think this was mainly due to the knackered left hand shock.
Yes it needs a hard drive.
I think it may be good value, say another 50 quid for 200GB HDD?
I am not sure of the directory layout though, it would mean I would have to sort all my music into folders and by artist.
I am sure media player or some other program will do that for me though.
yes mate, the info you gave me was useful, plus I still need to wire up the lights to the unit, so it illuminates in the dark, just got to figure out what i use for power source, was thinking of wiring to one of the buttons on dash.
I also had no choice but to get the buttons wired up as I...
Has anyone tried one of these, seems cheaper than the ipod and less hassle to wire up, plus it would look cool on my screen.:D

I have smt6 and alot of people have commented that its tough to keep up with.lol. Thats comparing to a 182 and 172 cup. I am reasonably happy, although probably bought it way too soon.
Dan, do you fancy giving me a few tips on how to do this? I have a spare inlet manifold, and as it didnt cost alot, I am gonna give it a go. Do you just grind out to the size of the gasket?
I know everyone is gonna say goto to BenR , you dont know what you are doing. But I'm skint and bored.lol.
nice work mate, I am interested in doing the relay thingy. Makes good sense to do it this way, with a delay, as I am sure there aer spikes in current output when you turn key.
