the holes, are they just the original air feeds to the standard filter? just remove all the feeds and get rid.
This sensor???? is it the hose that runs from the back of the inlet and into the corner of the hose? if so as said above it's just an oil return. either use a breather filter and...
there was a guy around Essex that bought there old blue 182 with all there parts and work still on it, turned up to the meet at hatfeild heath once but didn't stay long, can't remember his name though. He seemed pleased with it but don't think he had anything to compare it to.
I'm sure i've spotted your 172 cup around here and tesco's a few times now as I'm sure you have a private plate, then spotted you at the petrol station this morning.
Take your spare key blade out of the plastic fob, hide the fob, have the passenger door open and press the central locking button, close door and look it manually and slip key into wetsuit. Have been doing it for years now.
and nothing beats surfing alone in the early hours of the morning just...
Has your exhaust been rattling at all. as when we replaced the CAT, a load of the stone from within the CAT had worked its way along the rest of the system. Try and jack the car up and give it a bash to see if it rattles.
Reading your post again, you said the rear CATS had collapsed, doesn't...
Does sound like the CAT. When they start to break up or collapse they restrict or sometimes block your exhaust so you can't rev as the gases can't escape. Same thing happened to my sisters clio 1.4
It's not as hard to blend as you think, blowing it in to the neighbouring panels and you'll NEVER notice the difference.
I've seen some that have a strange green granular undercoat but never more than a few tiny spots visible. Post up a pic
Wouldn't agree with that at all with the P Zero Nero's in the wet, I thought they were absolutely fine when pushing on, and in the dry give more traction compared to the PE2 when accelerating.
Depends how mechanical minded you really, it's not too bad.
I would say if your not sure leave it for Birchdown to have a look, but the problem with leaving it that long id you might end up needing new disc and pads, as with the caliper sticking the brakes are always on.
I asked priviledge about changing the exhaust and they 1st said only if it will give a performance increase. I assured them it wouldn't so they ran a price and came out at an additional £70/ year so didn't bother at the time.
Problem is if it's a difficult claim they will be looking for ways...
A standard 225 megane is far more composed compared to a clio. it's just the characteristic feature of a twichy back end. that is lost i beleive with the 197/ 200 that feels a lot more planted and balanced.
surely there was a problem with the springs then, meaning providing the springs aren't faulty they're not going to be terrible? did you take them back and get another set?
Thats not a personal attack but sometimes parts are faulty, I could slate Goodridge brakelines as on inpsection they...
My dads running Jamex springs and damper kit on his Mk2 Ph1 RSi 1.6 16v and they ride really nice. was massively impressed with the comfort when driving normally, but once you push on there is still a bit of body roll but then firms up as they're progressive springs.
Not as stiff as the...
