Presumably that's sportlines though. Pros aren't noticable regarding ride height and roll in corners. They aren't crashy either. Sportlines may just lower slightly too much for the stock dampers, not allowing them to work correctly, and hence causes the crashy ride.
if you can live with the old sytle interior and the rust then why the hell not. Great looking car and old school handling. £3200 though, seems a bit steep no considering you could get a 172 cup for that?
Best thing to do would be to go to a meet and go in a car with someone with said setup? Failing that, you'll just have to take a gamble. Everyone has different opinions and tolerances regarding ride comfort and handling. There is no clear cut answer unfortunately :(
