does anyone do PROPER remaps of the standard ECU??
i.e. where its run on the rollers for hours while the map is adjusted to get the best from the individual engine.
i know when i was on the pug/cit scene, wayne schofield at chipwizards could remap the standard ECU's and get a very healthy...
meggerman, hes just said.. its like putting a pre made 'performance' map onto your ECU.
not an individual run on the rollers where they would adjust the map to get the most out of the individual engine.
can you tell me if these are actual individual custom remaps to the car or just a general remap?
every engines different so a general one still wont be getting the best performance out the engine.

or is the car mapped specifically on the rollers..
would be best to map on 97 ron fuel surely.

can you post results if anyone brings a standard engine in for a remap as im interested as to what gains can be had without any breathing mods as i want to keep my car as standard as possible, but obviously dont wanna pay £275 if theres no proven gain on a...
any other mods?? or are these otherwise standard cars?

im guessing with bens intake mod and one of those remaps quite a healthy gain can be had.
