They do go that low sometimes - you arn't moving so probably got no revs - on idle, I think it's pretty normal to drop that low.

Webcams are often well too low a resolution to be useful. Get a proper security cam if you can.. preferably with night vision. I think the wireless webcam's are slightly better as they are more designed for security use, but a proper one will always win!

Get a bigger aerial on either your PC or the access point. WiFi is never guarantee'd to work.. but an aerial often helps. http://www.solwise.co.uk sell some good ones.

Think you mean steering column. Personally, I'd just get a new column (I did on my Williams2) and the difference was amazing - mine had quite a bit of play in it, tho. People do say the welding works well tho.

I went from my 1.2 to a Williams. I knew if I'd have got a 16v, I'd always want a Williams anyway so might aswell just go for it in the first place! There is more difference than you think. The insurance is more, and the initial cost will be more but it's worth it. So my vote goes to a Williams.

Well, no harm in trying.. The Oil level might not work cus' it'll need a sensor, but if the RN *did* have a rev counter, I don't see any logical reason for it not working. If it doesn't, then it's very weird.

Well, you have to run a new cable to the eDis module - don't use an existing one. The converted rev counter has it's own wire. I looked at some photo's and noticed the 1.2 RN had a rev counter. I think it was standard but not 100%. The Mk1, Phase3 RN had the 1.2 DIET engine too, so, my guess...
