If the airbag's gone off then it may well be a write off. You'll want a new seat (there's a set of 182 ones for sale at the moment) and either replace the airbag ECU or get it sent off to be reset. Hopefully you've not bent the rear beam, sounds like you've knackered the wheel and brake caliper...
