no there not,that why some of the lamps have adjustable beam deflecters as part of the lamp unit instead of the stick on lense deflectors because there is the possibility that thay cause the plastic type headlight lenses to melt.
sounds like you need new runners then.part of the runner is part of the window seal.you can buy the complete kit from renault.also check the regulator is secure and the glass is sat properley in the regulator.
to check a master cylinder press the brake pedal down really hard and if the pedal creeps all the way to the floor the master cylinder is leaking internally
aye my mistake the ballast computer contols the voltage to the bulb and the starter pack provides the intial voltage boost to get the bulbs started.seeing as there is no automatic level adjustment then yes that kit is illegal to use. also dont xenon lights get a lot hotter than normal bulbs so...

so if the cam company gives you the lift at tdc you can just lock the engine at tdc and meassure the lift on the cylinder specified by the cam company and adjust as needed.i think the cams i fitted used the angle chart to find tdc centre and the dial gauge to find the centre of max lift on the...
so you mean rotate it so it opens and closes the valve once so you could meassure max lift and then set the engine to tdc to see if max lift is obtained and adjust if reqd.so you adjust it by meassuring cylinders 2 or 3?

i did it out of the car but i think i could have done it with the engine in as the angle chart was only about the size of a cd and i put it in place of the bottem pulley with the help of some washers to pack the bolt out.
we just use normal hoseclips because you have to butcher the old factory clips.your right about the folded bit(that you need to undo)is always pointing the direction where you cant get your pliers in.god the french sometimes
