is the one there offering the large colour screen one(which is good)or the black/white screen one which uses arrows and the road names(very basic and not that good)
the rolling road/set up could highlight ingnition problems etc (eg,weak spark plug or coil) and allow the pbv to be set up correctly.they wont touch the cam timing on a rr as this was done when the engine was rebuilt but i suppose it could show if there setup correctly or not by comparing the...
there a tool for them hoseclips thats marvellous.it has a like a clamp on a long cable with some pliers on the end.you can get the clamp easily on the clips and because of the remote cable idea the pliers dont get in the way/need to struggle with them in tight places.the worst clips are them...
you time up the cams using a angle chart on the crank and a vernier gauge on the tappet/bucket.when i did my mates it seemed a bit of a pain in the arse but worth doing as both cams were quite a way out(used the pulley marks to fit them and rebuild the engine.then checked cam timing as per...
quite liked my magnex.seems to be built ok,fits ok,pretty large pipe used in between silencers and has a nice sound without being to loud.my oval pipe fits perfect with the bumper but i do agree that the twin tailpipes hang a bit low.
the renault tool fits in the grooves in the end of the cams after removing the blanking plugs in the head.but as a visual rule the large half moon shape goes to the top.
tdc pins fits in the normal place
without these tools you cant properley tension the belt and this has been the cause of a...

fits ok.both the ascar and the magnex fit ok(ascar slighty better) and cant say ive noticed a performance difference between the two.main difference is the magnex is queit and the ascar is loud.
the cutch etc is a mechanical link so there no way that the revs could increase without vehicle speed increasing unless the clutch is slipping.from what you say it sounds like your clutch is slipping.
you will only get parts warranty if you fit the complete cambelt kit(belt, idlers+tensioner).you should also replace the alternater belt as well.they might request to inspect the vehicle in the event of a claim so make sure its fitted correctly.
because they havent got the proper equipment to set them up properley.i know this because of two reasons 1,somebody i know bought all the tuning equipment 2,my mate had a unichip fitted there and it run crap after and they never sorted it(it run better with the standard ecu)
all they do...
