Clutch Identification (Laguna Dual mass conversion)

None that directly match, but it might be worth speaking to these guys: http://www.fleetwayclutches.co.uk/uploads/3/1/2/4/3124338/pdf_development_catalogue.pdf Their part numbering looks to be the same format

    Dropping Subframe for box removal

    Dropping Subframe for box removal

My record was 3 hours 45 mins on a ramp with the box out the top. On the driveway, i reckon 5 hours is pretty much as good as it'll get.

    Dropping Subframe for box removal

Yeah, loosen the drivers side subframe bolts to allow it to drop further. Just make sure you don't damage the rack/column when you drop it.

    What's a 182 scrap cat worth

    Lol. I get £50 for 182/Ph2 172 ones. £80 for a Ph1 twin barrel, as I chop it into two. ;)

If you have any level of mechanical sense, you'll be alright.

    What torque for suspension parts?

You're overthinking this. If you don't want it coming loose, wang it up.

Clio 182 Snapped Coil Spring on a budget?

Join up here. Renault Wolverhampton do great discounts on genuine parts, and there will be someone on here who will fit them for a few pennies. Another option is to buy a full set of second hand lowering springs for ~£80, and have someone fit those.

    Exhaust manifold 4-2-1 on a 172

Yep, pointless mod unless you've got the engine out or the subframe down, and then stick with genuine 182.

    Clutch bolt size?

11mm head, with a washer. 20mm long at a guess. M6 thread also a guess. If you're local to Chertsey, I'll have a few knocking about.

Changing back to halogens from xenons 172 cup ?

Ah, in that case you'll need the bulb holders and bulbs. Nothing needs to change with wiring though.

Changing back to halogens from xenons 172 cup ?

Incorrect. Bumper off. Xenons off. Plug halogens in. Bumper back on. Simple as that.

Front ARB - How on earth!

Oh, I thought it was the outers you were having problems with. Yeah, the inners are fiddly f*****s. Lever bar to as close as you can, then mole grips on the brackets is how I did the last set. Vowed to never again though. Lol. Much easier if you can get the car higher too.
