Nothing fancy, but the halfords small car cover fits nice and tight and is breathable. can't remember if it was £40 - £60. use mine outside in sun or snow and is fine.
My dads been a renault mechanic for the past 20+ years and has plenty of random spares.
He has an injection computer for a 1.8 16v clio still in its OE box and wants to get rid. whats it worth if anything or anyone after one?
Someone did say they could get it as they were spraying bullets for me, did quite match the high colour but wasn't bad for just a spray can.
I've got ready mixed LY touch up paint from Renault but not sure about cans

I've been trying to find an alternative, looking like I'll have to modify a non cup setup to fit.
Car looks lovely.
where did you find the Spax kit, and was it expensive?
I've been trying to find a suspension kit for mine as I also found the eibach springs a little crashy with OE dampers.
Yes sportlines, and thats exactly what I was thinking with regards to the ride height and the OE dampers. Trying to find / modilfy suitable dampers to fit 182 cup kits.
By crashy I mean harsh ride maybe, no small bump comfort. finding it a little difficult to describe. the springs and dampers...
I fitted them to mine and it lowered it a nice amount and did reduce the body roll/ I found them a little crashy on standard dampers though so currently looking for other options

This has made an interesting read with regards to the koni's with eibach springs.
I appreciate what your saying but they withstand the forces put onto a non cup 182 with full coilovers etc?
are there any other differences in the 2. wider track is down to the wheels isn't it? and the 3-4mm ride height drop would be the springs?
But how low are they and how stiff is the ride?
I want something a little firmer and a little lower so it doesn't transform the car too much. Basically I want somewhere in the middlle so a compromise. I might look into the Prolines and costs of non cup hubs so I don't have to machine anything...
I guess if I made a template from a 'cup' strut there's no real reason why you can't accurately mark the non cup strut then attack it with weapon of choice. lol
I wasn't aware of having to open the legs up though for the cup hub. how would you do that unless hitting it with a large mallet...
already have eibach sportlines and had them fitted with fairly new OE dampers, ride was very crashy as they were so un-matched so took them off. nothing wrong with the dampers either as its fine with OE springs.
My dad was a MK2 Ph1 RSi K4M with a Jamex (I think) suspension kit and his rides...
does anyone rate the Koni damper kits? As I'd rather go this route than having coilovers, as I'll never take it on track so don't nede anythignthat full on
A random thought but if I wanted to use the non cup koni suspension and dampers, what would I need to change other than the hubs to make my 182 non cup so they would fit, or is it not that easy?
Would there be any negative side to doing this?
Don't fully connect the headlight head straight into the airfilter as this seems to restrict them a little. just have the filter intake in this area. If you move you battery, you can have a straight coupler from the TB onto the filter housing that works while (as the original cup cars)
Forgot to mention, it won't be used on track. Also if I could find dampers to match the eibach springs the ride would be a lot better. But I can't.
I don't want much of a drop (30mm max) and willing to sacrifice a little comfort as long as it's not crashy
Right I've been reading through so many threads regarding this lately that I'm sick of the search function.
I'm after something to lower the car a little (but not much) and help improve the handling. My 182 has the cup suspension kit so I'm limited in choice. I've had Eibach Sportlines fitted...
