I had the same problems with Privilege, their approved repairers are complete rubbish.
Complained about the 1st repair when I went to pick it up and wouldn't accept it so they re-did the work. A week later I called them again as they had broken the clips on the wing mirror cover when...
I don't wee why not, there off Ph1 172 aren't they? Should be fine. If they are the 172 wheels when I fitted a set to my 182 no problems when ever I had a puncture or needed a new tyre
If the Compbrake mounts are fitted correctly there shouldn't be any way they should move and creak. Mine did when I didn't fit the appropriate spacers to start with, but no problems with them now.
Shouldn't be a key to take the top off the airbox to get to the filter element, just three metal clips around the edges. It is a big airbox and should only just fit infront of the rad. I'll try and take some measurements of the V6 airbox tonight and post up in the morning.
What top mounts are they, I'm guessing by not receiving all the parts they might be Compbrake ones?
I've fitted Compbrake mounts to mine and not had any trouble with springs jumper on full lock. silly question but did you make sure the springs were seated properly when rebuilding the struts.
1991 - 97 Renault Espace 2.9 V6 RT/ RXE models, well thats the model mine came from, last time I looked the 3.0ltr was different
Should look like the one in this thread:

A standard 5 turbo should make 115-120bhp, when I RR'd mine with lightened and balanced flywheel, alloy IC and green panel filter, everything else standard made 117bhp, almost 15years old which I didn't think was too bad.
At the EA RR day mine made 171 with different airbox, compare that to...
I've got the Compbrake ones and they're a real improvement over standard in terms of feel and turn in. If you don't want to fiddle about setting up camber etc etc, just want standard geometry then they are ideal.
If you after changing the original geometry then would recommend the AST's, but...
Saw it again this morning.................... being towed by a blue 4x4 down Church Lane towards Lexden road. Hope it wasn't anything too terminal.
I was the bloke starring as you braked for the junction, I'd parked the LY just up the road by the park.
Keep looking around local scrappies, or on ebay for people scrapping them. I found mine on an Espace that was about to be scrapped.
I've got a 100mm dia flexible CAF but decided to use silicone hoses instead. Can have it for £10 not used since you also live in Essex. Drop me a PM
By the sounds of it, get it mapped with uprated injectors and an IC as the general consensus seems they don't have one fitted. Unless someone knows otherwise?
Take it easy with gear changes and pulling away and maybe your clutch might last till you can get it uprated.
When did he have it remapped, as BB haven't been doing work on customers cars for quite some time now. Think all they'll do is sell the odd part here and there.
Well I phoned up and changed my address with no admin charge, and I asked them to break down the increase and it was all because of the exhaust, non of it was admin. And as I said this was just for 3 to 4 months, so would be more for the whole year
Been thinking about changing to an aftermarket exhaust for quite some time now as it's starting to rattle and break up. After a neighbour got pulled by the police, they checked his insurance saying it was standard, they've impounded it to get an engineer to check for mods as it's a 5 turbo with...
Max rated Bhp isn't going to be a factor in this sense, you need to look more into the size of the IC, will you be able to fit it into the bumper and still attach the boost pipes to it.
Also try and find an IC that has the same diameter inlet/ outlet pipes as your turbo and throttle body so...
Downpipe would probably have to be custom made as the engine is still fairly new, same for the exhaust I'd imagine.
A universal IC will fit as long as you can sort out the pipework to fit, can always make them fit with a bit of work. Follow the boost hose from the turbo to the inlet throttle...
They look a bit fancy, although the gold might clash ;).
I guess its the same kind of setup as the Mark Fish mounts that bolt directly to suspension turret
Turbo engines run better the cooler the air is entering the engine, so maybe look into a better intercooler for it, although I've not seen one advertised. A larger downpipe from the turbo into the exhaust generally helps, but don't go too big as the turbo needs a certain amount of back pressure...
