Ajs, try the recommended, the setting of 34psi on the back will cause unpredictable handling... eg.. power off oversteer.. you could even try 26 psi, but you will get a lot of safe, but boring and kerb clipping understeer. Joe

ps, should get some good shots of 4 172 Mk2s together with the digi cam.. shame GR cant bring black beauty to the party would make a good pic.

no probs Rhys.. yep, the bumps will upset the AP a wee bit.. however, whichever road we use, the data as a comparative, will be excellent. on a flat surface, the ap22 will read a figure you can take to the bank. I will have the laptop too, so we can dump each run to the lappy, on monday...

deek. the ONLY thing it wont have is a thatcham 1 alarm. just tell the insurance it has the genuine renault they will be happy. the alarm is pants anyways, no one takes any notice. the RAID immobiliser fitted as standard is the thing that will keep the car at your house. Joe

in the clio, modify the technique as follows. use the right hand side of your right foot - the frontal area, to blip the gas. you tilt the ball of the foot to the right. hope that makes sense... Joe

Arjun, if only ya knew LOL... I use the car wash in Nelson centre (Operator assisted, he does the wheels first, then the glass and lower panels by hand). the conveyer then takes ya through the multi coloured suds.. no secret, I dont mind a * good * car wash.. mine gets done once a...
