basically i bought the biggest vice on the market. bolted it the heavy steal bench i had, then put a 38mm socket on one end of the bush(they fan out, so put it on the widest point to push to the thinest point. then basically wind the vice forcing the old one out. i snapped 3 high strenth steel...

took me 5 hours
