what make for general hobby use and a bit of motorsport (making brackets etc)
ive looked in machine mart etc the clarke ones look minto.
want to spend no more than £200.. anything cheaper is...
Car is a 2001 172 psh1
Need the torque values the following;
4 Subframe to chasis bolts
4 support plate bolts for subframe to chasis
Wishbone bushes bolts (where its bolted to the subframe)
Inner ARB bolts for the support brackets
Outer ARB bolts for the support brackets
Ball joint / hub...
for phs1
jack the car up and secure it.
drop the front bolt of the new dog bone mount. (engine side)
see the black bracket attached to the gear box?
slacken the top bolt to finger tight its 13mm
then using a screwdriver or something to pivet the bottom of the black bracket forward to wards...
well im not sure, i have a guy who is going to copy a cage for me (10point with doorbars) using that grade steel, or i take the hit and keep this cage and just use that one
what PSI would the plastic inlet take? you may need a stanalone managment.

turbo @ £400 for a t2 recon
manifold £500-700
injectors £300
clutch £300
intercooler £450 with pipework
water injection £400
pistons in labour, £750-£1000
gaskets seals etc £500
re map...
im using a centrafugal charger, hence why i need a big rad, its been proven on GTs/vts's that with a centralfugal charger (rotrex SP30) the bigger the cooler the more power they made, if i was using a screw charger i could have a small interooler
my 172 did this, turned out to be a air leak when re fitting the manifolds, check the the big hole thats under the top of the plenham ! where the rubber egg shaped seel is... mine wasnt sitting rite and caused an air leak
