Normally get around 25 as I do a lot of sitting in traffic. Normally get around 40mpg on the motorway, although I did once manage 52 coming back from Exeter - that was trying though.

I put my iPhone 4 in my pocket earlier. I was afraid to take it out again because it's completely normal for a phone to bend in your pocket. It was ok though, thank f**k.

I can confirm with absolute certainty that my iPhone 4 does not bend by hand. It will not s**t itself if I put it in the pocket of my overalls, even in a heavy engineering environment.
Not that there's a lot Apple can do about a phone that thin being bendy, but it's a clue that phones are...
Tbh I found my Sony MEXBT3600u (iirc!) to have better sound quality than the alpine that was in HOU.
Either way, you'll notice a big difference in quality from the standard unit.
