Normally get around 25 as I do a lot of sitting in traffic. Normally get around 40mpg on the motorway, although I did once manage 52 coming back from Exeter - that was trying though.

Tbh I found my Sony MEXBT3600u (iirc!) to have better sound quality than the alpine that was in HOU. Either way, you'll notice a big difference in quality from the standard unit.

It's an overlay rather than the actual camera generating all that.

I had cheap knockoffs in mine and as previously mentioned they were dangerously dim. Replaced with my OSRAM Diadems and it's much better now.

Seen and owned far worse. Bit of a shame you've sheeped it up now :(
