You need to get someone who works on these to confirm your ACTUAL suspension- the wheel hubs are different on a standard 182 as opposed to a Cup pack 182-
As for the splitter feel under the bumper for screw hols- to see if you had one originally-

Matt - I have a 200 if you want to have a look & test drive @ some point to get the feel of the car-
Has the Recaro seats as well- which pin you in nice-

Depending on the plate- your looking mid 5's for that & high 3's for a cup
So maybe 2k for mods on the 172---
You could use all that up on Brakes, Seats & suspension + then the supercharger will cost a packet-
Doesnt seem worth it- however its your money-

your better off taking it back to standard, selling it for low 4's which is what its worth, seliing the seats for around NET 600 after fitting the standard poverty seats, & the susp net £350 after sourcing cup pack susp & fitting it-
should get close to 5.3k ish that way-

This popped up on PH earlier when I was checking my cars were updated as sold ( put in the ph thread)
If I was a private buyer I would have been there cash waiting that day- irrespective of belt change-
I checked as well it was 1 owner- went for...
Hum..... not a HUGE difference, especially on an older 172....
Receipts & proof of belt change are far more important- an 02 with say 5/6 stamps wouldnt be to bad

For an engine with ground in dirt & grime-
I have & usually use AG Engine cleaner, however Im not sure its up to the task -
Is there any better / stronger products out there to agitate on initial spray-
