As daft as this sounds, disconnect the battery for 30mins and then re-connect (note if you are using the standard stereo you will require the code to get the radio to work again, so make sure you have this first)

Yeah insurance is the deciding factor for me unfortunately. Realistically there are so many cars that I want that I can afford, but the insurance is just MEGA.

And yes it is, it was on the track car and he took the car to JP Exhausts to have it made to sit into the bumper.
I only had a 1.2 and upgraded to my zetec-s. I still bloody miss it, even though it's still sat on the drive as I "haven't got round to" selling it yet.

The radio issue sounds like you have the constant lives mixed up.
