the nos will be safe, ill be uprating the rods and pistons at some point,
the crank seems strong from what i have read up on, and a billit steel ones is a fortune! think its the rods that fail

the valvers are more desireable, and can be had at nearer the 1.5k price tag! only my advice thou bud...

cool i have my oil cooler, hose (aeroquip), thermosatic sanwhich plate,
but i need the fittings for the hose to the 1/2 bsp connections
do i need motorsport ones? or can i just use high presure hose connections from B&Q/plummer merchants etc

what coilover have you got? if there FK then there will be no need to camber adjustment. (they dont have it) so you will just be need to adjust the hight and damper rate on the shock (again if applicable)

found an rr printout for mine.. 161hp! and 144lb/ft
nice LOL.. tbf it has not even been started for 6 months... and only being on 50k shes a litle tight.
lets hope the new mods... "spruce it up a bit"
