off topic what happened to the thread about the Astra VXR review, its disappeared?
Someone moved it to other marques.
Its probably been ragged from the production line to the yard and from the yard to the trailer too.
Then I get it, and it gets ragged some more.:D
Trophys 1 - 6 will be well and truly thrashed as they are press cars.
Welcome to Cliosport.
Im really pleased with mine. Took it to Oulton Park last week and loved every minute of it. I did a fair few track days in my previous 182 and found the Trophy to be even better still. Theres a video in the Media section of someone following me.
As MB says, the new...
Ive installed 3. If you look the carpet will probably already be cut so you can just pull out the cutouts. With the changer already in the bracket you just slide it under the seat, lifting the back of the unit up and pushing the front down into the slots. Then screw the rear down.
Just run...

dealers buy them...
Main dealer wise?
Ive used Renault Birmingham and Sutton Park on the Chester Road Sutton. I tend to prefer Sutton Park though Renault Brum are trying harder these days.
StuV6 works for Michelin.
Whats been said already is correct though.
The coloured dot is used for balancing and there was only ever one tyre. The none cup packed and cup packed cars got the same tyre.
" Production finishes at the end of September. My response refers to the car being available until the end of the year as we will build sufficient cars in September for it to remain on sale for a couple more months.
V6 finishes at the end of June, with no replacement"
Is what is going...
Definitely a noticeable improvement even with the standard speakers. Although it is rattling one of the rear panels now, so I need to sort that at the weekend.
Im not big into ICE, I just got it so I could play MP3s but its a really nice head unit and doesnt look over the top.
Yeah, its the same head unit. I cant help with the iPod stuff Im afraid as I dont have one.
Fitting it really easy. If you dont get the adaptor for the remote and display then the cables it comes with plug straight into the existing loom...
I installed that Headunit in mine the other day. Unfortunately there isnt a dash display or stalk remote adaptor avaiable for the more recent 05 Clios.
Fitting the head unit and adaptor is easy, the hardest part is tucking all the extra cable out of hte way. You can get most of that behind...
Its not a seat out job, you just run the cable along the sill the same as Renault do, the only difference is they run it over the top of the dash around the airbag, I ran mine under the dash.
The Renault headunit will only work with the Renault badged Alpine unit.
The one I fitted was the...
If thats the standard one you get in Clios then you need a bracket which clips onto two slots in the floor under the passenger seat. It has a screw at the back to hold it in place.
I fitted my old one in Bubbles car the other day, took 10 minutes including running the cable.
Youll most...

Thats about what they are supposed to charge.
That description is perfect for the Bravo rather than the Clio. I used to use a HGT at work and it drove like a barge. The only thing it had going for it was a silky smooth engine, but even that was underpowered.

Obviously it being the best FWD hot hatch ever the market demand was higher than expected from the Swiss.

Last picture of the orginal post, it looks like some glue or something on the skirts.
Both cars look great guys, but I agree with the front...
