At the moment whatevers under the sink lol! But I'm going to get some proper stuff soon, coz no matter what I do, it always seems to get greasy and smeary really quick!
Is it really? Oh poop, I didn't get a pic up did I?
Well Lookers Chelmsford and Renault in Southend both said they would do it under warranty, and obviously Ren Romford are agreeing to it now, so hopefully you wont get as much trouble as I have!
Just call them up and tell them you did a quote from them for cheaper than their renewal! They cant not match it really. You don't need to cancel unless it's cheaper elsewhere.
Yep, apparently the service or branch manager of about 4 branches was down at the time, so my bf said he wanted a complaint form, and she said that it can be repaired under warranty anyway, and it's booked in for this thursday! I'm waiting while it's being done too, so I know my cars not going...
I know, I've really never know anything like it! I had so many tiny little niggles on my vtr, but citroen never once questioned it, they just told me to pop it down the following day and it was all sorted under warranty, no matter what!
I've had loads of trouble trying to get something fixed under warranty, I've finally managed to get it sorted, but it look a hell of a lot of complaining! Try getting on to renault uk.
s**t, I better check this out then, mine need renewing next month! That's really bad though, windscreen claims are harly the same as having an accident and claiming! As you say, how can you help it if a stone smashes the screen!
Well just to update:
Renault Romford are now going to fix it under warranty!! My bf has just been down there to have some work done on his car, and I don't know what he said to them yet, but he's just called me to tell me they've agreed to do it under warranty and they're just ordering the part!!
That's what I was doing last night, took a few things off I didn't really need, added my mum or dad to see if they made it cheaper etc. The protected no claims puts it up a fair bit though. How exactly does protected no claims work, I've never had it before, I don't really get it lol :o
