I did get it refurbed, but I work in a garage and they did it for nothing. I didn't think I would mention that in my other post as I don't suppose that's going to make you feel much better lol!

I've still got to try direct line. And KDF, I'm only 24 and have 3 points, so £500 is pretty good for the 182 considering it used to be £7-800. Although it still is far too much!

That was the only place I've looked so far really anyway, other than admiral etc, so hopefully I can get it even cheaper than that! :)

Just been going round getting some quotes as my insurance is up the end of next month, got quoted £500 from Privilage! I was paying nearly £800 last year with Elephant, and that was just for 10 months! They don't seem to be cheaper for me any more, but the other companies which used to be...

It is so frustrating, I did a similar thing a while back, a bus pulled out the bus stop coming the opposite direction, I had no where to go, so had to move right over and scrapped my wheel :mad: It looks bloody nasty on the anthracite wheels too!
