Probably some regulation bollox like it was with the acoustic valve. the cup race cars used an open cone initially, but switched to the v6 box. must have some benefits
Nice work fletch. looks good. did you manage to do it all by hand? rotary might give it a bit more shine, but if you've done that all by hand I feel your pain.
depends on how many coats you need to make them look good. For a rough estimate, I used 3 400ml sprays when doing my plenum, lower inlter, TB and fuel rail guard.
Not sure if it's a repost, but here you go;

remove them if you can, give them a good spray and it will look and last longer. if you can't do this however, just painting it on is fine. just make sure you prep it first. ie. wire brush, sand paper etc
the 102 ducting won't fit down into the arch on the FF, but not sure about the cup. You'll have to remove or modify the horn location, remove the acoustic valve and see. Both easy jobs. There will be no need to zip tie as it will more than likely be a squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze.
Waste of money mate. don't bother with. AG isn't too bad, but if you really want to get into detailing stuff give Matt at i4detailing a message and i'm sure he'll advise you.
Meguiars shampoo plus (amazing stuff)
Wax/Sealant, there are loads that last various time - I use poorboys sealant and...
I'm sure that's what he said they did. might be getting confused. You can nearly see straight down them though, so although they are kind of 90degrees. I figured if you can CNC a full cylinder head, then why not the lower inlet.
It's just the lower inlet with RS stamp yeah.
