New engine & Gearbox still a bit whinney

not on my 182 mate, just the whistle low down. mates ph-quick has a whin about it. Box went first, then a new box put in, both belts done and it still makes the noise, but i'm sure i've read it's something to do with pullys or idlers.

    FF182 quater mile times......what's yours....HONESTLY!

You obviously over estimate the quality of clutch and gearbox on the clios mate. Slipping the clutch on fast starts will not do it much good. EDIT: sorry Inferno, just noticed you've said the same:o

    Low effort, N/S handbrake

have to admit, it was my NS handbrake cable i was having issues with too. strange! struggled like hell to get the pads in the caliper was practically siezed, which i think was down to the handbrake mechanism. Might change mine also if this is the case Daz.

    Poly Windows

not sure mate, but it will not be a cheap experience. You'd save a bundle if you bought the stuff in sheets and made them yourself.

    lights on my 182

how can you tell? do you mean it's not as bright compared to when they've been on for a bit? they get brighter when warm is all. Try replacing the balast on the faulty one if it's possible to buy it seperately.

    Cup Pack...

What have you got at the moment?
  28. Jonny1*2

    Cup Pack...

All the damper seats are the same size, so any uprated springs will fit the cup pack yes. It's only they hubs that are different.
