Spot on. I struggle to see why (unless you're spending £30k+) anyone would spend more than £500 on a car.

Spent a fair amount of time in a Mk5 R32, a 225TT and a Mk5 ED30. Very capable cars and sounded great. f**king boring though. Nothing VAG is anything near exciting in my eyes.

I'm not sure who makes OEM Renault dampers, but i'd certainly not call Monroe Mickey Mouse, lol. They put dampers on things far more tasty than a £2k Clio!

But if they fitted the box and didn't align the linkage correctly then the fault lies with the fitting. That's what the warranty covers surely.

If it's got warranty, why even bother? Should you **** it up and break it, it'll then be your problem.
