It's not that your clutch will get fucked if you don't heel and toe, it's that you can massively prolong it's life. It's exactly the same as those who go to the gym. It keeps their body in the better shape, so they're more likely to live longer. Same with a clutch/'box.

Handy it was the 40th attempt, because WD39 doesn't have quite the same ring to it.

WD40 or silicone spray will do just as good.

Not crankshaft sensor. Crank sensor. On top of the gearbox where it meets the block. Held on by 2x 10mm bolts.

All 1*2's use the same rear calipers. Also, Saxo VTS, 106 GTi's and 306 GTi-6's all use identical rears. By that reckoning, I'd also bet a Xsara VTS does, too.

The one near me give a pretty good 'trade price' if you ask. Cuts it down to about £100.

Yeah, might as well do the whole kit as you'll have the box off. Only an extra six bolts. Valeo kit's about £100 from ECP, I believe.

Bring it to mine and I'll do it for a very reasonable rate.
