Think standard it was £81 (including Vat, Delivery etc..)
Thats for a Mk1, Phase3 bonnet..
I think 16v Bonnets are £100 from Renault, but then you have to pay £50 for the intake bit!
I would imagine, if you got the headlights, youd need the whole front.. and wings..
Its a big of a step backwards.. but I guess you could do it - would be major hassle tho I think. The front is designed for the larger, rounded headlights. Im guessing it would be cheaper to flare the standard...
I have it.. Id have it again too.
People walk past yer car.. too close, possibly scratching it.. go up to it to have a look through the window.. it makes them think twice - cant be a bad thing, can it?
Daz.
Depends on the Springs.. I know my -35mm Springs are no where near as low as PI -35mm springs..
Steve A has -40mm Avo Springs.. and they are about -55mm Springs.
Well, the 16v is lower to start with.. Weight is lowered -35mm on his Valver, and he has to be careful - its close to scraping on flat ground with his exhaust!
I think the 172 is exactly the same as the Cup.. Unless Renault decided 172 springs were too heavy.. and made them differently.
I dont know either way 100% so Im not going to say either way - If Im wrong, youll be mad at me, hehe - Im sure someone has lowered their Cup tho, so they should be...
