    It all depends how they're driven, really. Mine got driven hard, and i paid the price. Poodle around and it'll cost you not much more to run than your 1.4.

    For a cup, that's quite a lot.. Ring Rentech or JMS. I think they're around £350/400 all in. The tensioners should be done at the same time.

    Cam seals? If fitted wrong, they piss out oil. I reckon they've put them on the wrong way round.

    Yeah, pretty much. A set of sportlines doesn't make the car look slammed, but it's definitely a performance upgrade. The drop stated is always bigger than you'll actually get though.

    How low revs? Definitely not just as you go over a certain speed, which i think is more likely. Is the vibration rhythmic? Does it increase with speed?

    Turn it anti-clockwise. You can buy chain tools, etc. Pikey method, use a hammer and screwdriver to puncture it, and use the screwdriver to turn it off.

    A decent remap may see you slightly more useable torque. More in the mid-range, than higher..
