Cheeky, he wants a red one. Keep the blue that little bit more exclusive ;)
[Edit] No car looks good dirty, especially a dark metalic blue. Ive had loads of people comment on what a nice colour mine is. Theyve never bothered with any of my previous cars.
Thats terrible, I hope you get it sorted.
A few weeks back I kerbed a wheel and called chipsaway. They gave me the number of my local agent. I called about 10.30 in the morning and think I woke him up. When I asked when he could do it he replied "Dunno mate, maybe Wednesday". At that point I...
Nice picture Paddy, but I dont think he wants to buy a converted barn :)
[Edit] Oooops its finally finished loading, there are cars at the bottom of it. Dont you just love 56k ;)
I really do like the blue and red.
Apparently more blue cars are sold than any other colour. But heres my odd thinking about this. There are loads of different shades of blue, so you dont notice it so much. Where as silver is silver. It cant be another shade, or its no longer silver!!
Or am I just being odd ;)
Cheers Rob...

There are quite a few in the Gallery, and 3 here.
I used to have a 220GTi. It was a really nice car, but certainly wasnt built for the twisty stuff.
I actually chose it over an XR2i at the time as it did feel quicker and was a much nicer car and still the same insurance group.
As I said Jon172, Ive not even had mine intervene yet. I think Ill need to find a large expanse and really get the car out of shape to provoke it into doing anything. Personally I always found it intrusive on the Focus, it was okay most the time, but really spoilt my fun when driving hard...
Ive still not managed to get mine to do anything. I even stomped the brakes while cornering the other day to try and get it to kick in. The back came round a little, but with a dab of throtle soon came back.
I reckon they added the switch but not the electronics :)
After reading this I dont think Im going to like its styling :( http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/?http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/news/ae_news_story.php?id=25352http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/?http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/news/ae_news_story.php?id=25352
I need to see it now.
Just what I read here. Im sure someone will pop up with the facts sooner or later today.
I think its out later this year, with a new Clio out in 2005. Athough Autocar have the new Clio showing later this year. Who knows?
I was just thinking the same.
To save time I think Ill start it ;)
I thought the shots that were circulating were of a smaller Reanult based on the Micra platform?
New Clio in 2005.
Right that should do it, Im off to make a drink while this thread builds up steam. MWUHAHA
Instead of a distributor each spark plug has a coil. I think. They sit between the spark plug and whatever is the other end!! From what the RAC guy was telling me. Dont take my word for that though, I have no idea about engines.
My boss used to have a Scenic 2.0 16v and one went in that...
I used to drive a Bravo HGT from time to time. Sounded lovely, but was a real barge compared to the GTi-6 I had at the time.
Congrats on the new car, but you wont have to worry about the fuel bills. These things do over 30mpg consistently. I still cant believe it myself. :)
I need to get mine sent off, but Im waiting to see how VivJ gets on. Check out this thread as it may concern you http://forum.cliosport.net/display_topic_threads.asp?ForumID=2&TopicID=31653&PagePosition=1http://forum.cliosport.net/display_topic_threads.asp?ForumID=2&TopicID=31653&PagePosition=1...
Nice. Ive got to pick up a USB data cable tomorrow so I might give the Cliosport logo one a try.
I took a picture of mine last weekend after washing it, Im using that at the moment.
I paid for mine Wednesday also.
I read somewhere that no more were going to be processed until they get back from the Euro trip.
I use the forums so much I figured it only fair I join up :)
I reckon it gives them easy access when it goes in for a service. They just lift it with a screw driver, throw in some old screws, and there you have it another rattle to contend with :D
I did this last week. I had a S.M.A.R.T repair centre do mine. £35.00 plus VAT. Its as good as the day I got it. Which was just over a month ago, so you can imagine how pd off I was too.
Small Medium Automotive Repair Techniques just in case you were wondering what it stood for.
When I was 19 I brought a 5 year old Rover 220GTi, I had to take my mom with me before they took me seriously enough to drive it. 18 months later I went back to the same garage to trade up to a year old 200Vi. The sales guy was stalling as usual saying we needed to do some paper work before I...
I get really bad ones when wearing Adidas country ripple trainers!! I get them off everything metal I touch. The worst thing being the door handle to my office. I have to discharge the shock through my jeans before I dare touch the handle.
When I put the car in the garage at night the spark...
For a second car Id have to go for a Lotuscaterfield. Id never have a car with a soft top to drive into Birmingham, but for weekend fun Id love one. Shame Ive got no where to keep one :(
