Recommend me a PS3 steering wheel.

If not using the clutch, i'd go with the http://reviews.cnet.com/game-accessories/logitech-driving-force-pro/4505-10110_7-30558134.html

    Trophy>ph1 172>182FF>ph2 172 Haven't put the cup in as I haven't driven one.

    Both belt kits or Recaros?

Still has to be declared. Some insurers insist you declare cup packs.

    Everyone say Hello to Iain

Warren see's, and understands. And welcomes you.

    Everyone say Hello to Iain

Is Iain referring to Iain in the 3rd person? Warren's not sure.

    Both belt kits or Recaros?

Don't get the seats, there are far better out there. £500 to lower the driving position by 10mm? Not a mistake I'll make again.

Safe mode? Car won't go above 2.5krpm, then does?

    IIRC Markcup had this issue.

    Rear brake discs/pads?

Search button gets lonely when it's not used.

Car feels 'Juddery' what's the reason for this?

Re: what is the main reason for this? Engine mounts.
  12. ForceIndia

    Which seats??

I got them 2nd hand, very cheap and mint condition. Lower than the Cobra's, and very solid.

    Lovley NSX...!

For once we agree on a bit of Jap-love. I've decided that my next car will be an NSX, late pop up model. In black. With a GRF exhaust. Jizzle.

    Removing RainX

Have you tried it when it's been correctly applied?
  15. ForceIndia

    Removing RainX

It's excellent stuff when correctly applied. You can drive in the rain at 70mph without using wipers.

    Lovley NSX...!

    Lord of the Prance!

    Lovley NSX...!

Flol, no. But that boy obviously haz mad skillz. All IMHO of course.

    Lovley NSX...!

Thats personal opinion. Plenty are willing to pay that for a Datsun at the moment.

    R888 or T1-R for track?

    On standard tyres.
  20. ForceIndia

    R888 or T1-R for track?

They only have issues with standing water. In the wet they are grippier than most road tyres, as long as you have enough temp in them.

advice on getting 200bhp per ton from 172

To drop to a genuine, ready to drive 1000kg 172, would take a bit more stripping than that.
  22. ForceIndia

    Lovley NSX...!

The only ones that come up are from a rolling start, versus a manual Gallardo.
  23. ForceIndia

    Lovley NSX...!

I don't believe it's faster than a Gallardo. More weight, same power, 2wd V 4wd? Even when rolling the M6 was quicker, but not massively.
  24. ForceIndia

    Lovley NSX...!

A 355 would be a nightmare to run relative to the NSX. Under-rated by the Magnum PI wannabe badge ho's. Rather an S2000? Pffffttt. x1i2_lpJmmQ

Bodies on an RS = Queer

On an Alfa 6pot as well! Lush.
  26. ForceIndia

    R888 or T1-R for track?

Thats what I think. People seem to get caught up with making there car stiffer and grippier for trackdays, forgetting that it often makes the car less adjustable and fun for the average driver. End of the day if you want a massively quick car thats faster than the guy next to you, don't get a clio!
  27. ForceIndia

    Which seats??

I'd love fixed for track days etc, but don't think I could put up with them daily.
  28. ForceIndia

    Which seats??

I've had Trendlines, Daytona's, and Momo's. The Trendline's are a great seat, but they only drop the driving position by 10mm and aren't that supportive for track work. Daytona's are good, but they look cheap, Misano's are far better and not much pricier...

    Belt change quote - 182

Make sure they have the correct Renault timing tools. Isn't cheap if you have to have it redone.
