i know, yeah maybe not every time. Sounds from the suspension area, like a worn bush etc, but we've been round it underneath and all seems fine, no play in the obvious etc
i'd have on at the drop of a hat, if it say made 5bhp, was nice and light like i beleive yozza's is, and wasnt noisy (think i'm turining gay) The resenance off the systems i had was just painfull, especially if your knackerd, the last thing i want is a boomy zorst.
this souds EXACTLY the fault on my car, as soon as you brake, the weight is transfered forward, there is a 'knock'
everytime, never does it in any other circumstance though :S
if people posted the proof of a power increase i'd quite happily beleive you ;)
by the way i'm not disputing the fact that they are made cheap and are heavier, its just the so called 'performance increase' aftermarkets are all supposed to give
now thats p**n!!!!
love it :approve: keeping the black rubbing strips breaks it up nicley. Cup spillter will be better than a laguna as its too big imo, remember less is more ;)
STOP IT!!!!! doing some tweeking to my air box this weekend, as currently the caf goes into the passenger wheel arch, but as i live in the sticks i'm worried about water being sucked up.
but not if you've lost a few bhp?
by all accounts the janspeed aint too loud, but the clio must be the worst car i've been in for resonance and boom :(
i just buy em off ebay, picked up one for 60 quid cat back and had only done 5k, bargin. Dont get me wrong they certainly look better, but first i had a magnex on the cup, centre section baffles went, then got a pro speed, and that was too loud (but was selling the car @ the time, hense why i...
i also have a standard system on my cup. Imo on these engines most aftermarket zorsts do NOTHING. (maybe btb or yozza, but where is the proof?) Some people on here have actually lost power on before and after RR sesions. Yes they are made from kitkat wrappers, and last around 20k, but for...
hhhmmm not sure about that info imo, if it was that simple why didn't renault fit the originat cup et to the trophy.........
they way i understand it is that the 182 cup/packed/trophy hubs are wider than the standard 172 hubs.... 182 cup/packed/trophy with et 45 alloys are the same track as a...
Depends what the cars used for though, bet a trophy would show the coop a clean pair of heals round a track? no point having all that power if it cant be used, or put down properly ;)
