dont forget when an f4r is in a 172 it has a lot of restrictions like aircon,flyby wire (ph2) exhaust and emmisions and you can pick an f4r up with low miles,a willy lump is probably going to need rebuilding so it evens out price wise,my 172 made 155 atw with breathing mods

give it some heat mate and screw a bolt in if your going to knock it in with a bar and lump hammer so you dont mushroom the end,i used a seatbelt bolt as there high tensile

i had this problem but got it out in the end i gave it some heat got a bar and hammered the torsion bar in then sprayed in wear the torsion bar had moved in with release spray then it pulled out

its alright people saying put 2 engines in but its vary rare there any good cause theres so many things that have got to be perfect,i remember a 5 turbo with the engine in the back and its just gripped and went and would do 0-60 in under 4secs
