yes. the engine mounts are rubbish and yours are worn.
Could be the dogbone mount (one underneath, connects Gbox >subframe)
Having said that, people have replaced that and found that it's the top mount on the drivers side.
My recommendation would be a full set of the new Ktec mounts if you can...
FLOL awesome. Seen a barn full of those, wierd.
Love this car mate. Really is an acheivement. you build it yourself? What's the vital stats and what turbo did you have on it?
Good drive down the stip, what time was that?
OK, One colour that a valver is worse in (except the flat red of course.....):rasp:
If you have a vavler in that colour, you are constantly explaining, "no, it's not a williams...."
experience;)
It's a shame that it's the worst color to have a valver in
but it is farkin beautiful. Love it. £2000 would be a very good deal on it.
Almost too good to drive :)
cheers guys.
Don't have a camcorder to plug the camera into, so just realised it's going to be quite a spend unless I get the Gopro integrated camera.
Thanks for the advice.
it's just the cambelt that's going to be a bee-hatch.
shame, this job is so easy on lil old 8v engines. Tools are in the region of 2 or £300 iirc? best to borrow or buy second hand if possible.
If you time it up wrong, it'll make piss poor power.
I'd like a little advice on a bullet camera or something similar.
I'd want something to record from inside/outside the car which i could also attach to my helmet while skiing
Can anyone recommend anything or generally let me know what to look out for.
Also, would i need a separte...
