You'd need to loose the rear seats probably, you'd need a diff (borrowed from an old ford or something), then the diff would need to be mounted and theres no room for that.....chop the car up and reweld. Then theres a custom trailing arm suspension setup...
my chassis legs made scary noises when i tried to use axles stands on em. Take it down really slowly. I now stand the car using blocks of wood on axles stands on the jacking points.

As soon as you loose the oil pressure to the journal bearings, you start to grind away at the big ends. You'd be very lucky if it lasted 20 seconds at reduced oil pressure.
The metal on metal grinding forces are far less.
I know it's bad news, but it's going to be the big ends. Crank regrind...
the box life is highly variable IMO. Really good oil of the correct grade and proper shifts with heel and toe will see prolonged life. Past 200lb/ft the box life is going to start to decrease.

there is a plastic (yes plastic I know) bung thingy on the front of the gearbox. Unscrew it. Feed gear box oil in there or in the breather in the top of the gearbox until it trickles out of the hole very very lightly. any more and it's overfilled.
