It's boosted, can see the IC. However I bet it handles like shite. The suspension geometry is going to be pants with the wheels spaced out that far.

No mate, shouldnt think so, If the gear was actually ingauged properly with the clutch it's the engine that is going to MASSIVELY over rev. Which could do things like snap conrods, jump teeth on the timing belt, etc etc

yeah, the pistons may be salvageable, some people do run them with dents in and just stick an new head on, but it's not ideal.

You should never over tighten those caps. They are not designed to hold a lot of pressure. You'd rather you lost water out the cap on the motorway than out of a hose. I've heard of people loosing water out of the cap and then pissing in the system to top it back up to get them home. As long as...
