Hang on a min.
If I could take this thread back to the drawing board just a sec.
The idea behind heat wrap is to contain the heat in the exhuast manifold. The theory is hot gases have more energy and travel faster away from the engine.
Why then are you aiming to cool the manifold with an...
SWEET FCUK ALL
It's the single most annoying piece of over used jargon ever.
It's mainly used by tuning shops to describe their different packages but never seems coherant between companies.
172 clutches are supposed to be a 50-70k ish iirc, but from the reports above, maybe not.
The gearboxes are weak, as they were with the valver before.
They have taken quite a lot of power on the turbo F4Rs, dunno for how long though. See if Legohead replies in this thread.

looks to me like a big side impact, so the driver could have not been at fault.
Wonder if the driver survived that? Hope so, that's a bigun
It's held up pretty well though, the cabin looks okish
my 172 (with 182manifold and decat etc) doesent feel quick anymore. Felt it for a bit, coming from a valver, but not anymore.
Turbos are coming, but not for this engine. It has to be done
