I think the best thing to do would be to buy some suitable calipers (willwood from rally design as said) then design the adapter mount yourself and pay to have a couple machined for you.

It's not that unusual to break engine mounts. I have no idea why they dont make them stronger. I know a guy who managed to drive his valver 3 miles with a broken gearbox mount.
You may have bent another mount when you snapped the Gbox one. Is the dogbone/dogbone mount points straight.

yeah mate. A new clutch is a pretty big job. See guides - ben_p has done a gearbox removal which is the job basically.
Involves subframe removal which is about as major as jobs get :)
