I think the best thing to do would be to buy some suitable calipers (willwood from rally design as said) then design the adapter mount yourself and pay to have a couple machined for you. Thats what i'd do

the DSG one is a trick, but the real key is the fact that the car is turbo so the tuning posibilities are far far easier than the clio
