my dad had a 53 plate billabong 1.5 dci when his 172 went in, it wernt too bad really, had quiter a bit of kit on it too !!
the colour was poo though (light green) !!
the car run out of puff at 3.5 k, some thing we wernt used too, the good tihng was that it was doing 52 mpg when he picked...
mine sits just above the bottom, and obviously rises with the revs,
when the car is cold the needle is right at the top & then it goes down once its warmed up .
check out the new one i put in off topic, its a willy rep- well a black 1.8 with the 16v bits !! (its not even a valver)

the later 16vs may be have an approved alarm on them.
it has been on here, i saw it at i cruise in the back of maxy poo a while a go, it has the plate BIGUNS, that may be his user as well, but im not sure !

when i got my 1st quote on my 16v, it was 1400.00 f/c back then i was 21
with no ncd (been on my dads) a year later (1yr ncd) its was 900.00 f/c
and this year, with my mum as a named driver (worked out cheaper) will be 600.00 (2yrs ncd)
