the top end is 130mph (according to a 1995 brochure) 0-60 is 7.7 secs, although autocar did in less back in the early 1990s to be honest all this is on here (some where) so it may be better to do a search.

ive got avon zv1s on my 16v, and ive had no probs with it in both the wet & dry, (mine are 195/55/15)as they were cheaper.

my dads mk2 172 is red, and there are 3 other red ones (mk2s) around my way (romford,essex) i told my dad, and he goes ive never seen another red one !!) i reckon he needs to open his eyes a bit more !! ;)

no mines hasnt got it, and ive never ever had a problem with the brakes on it , the car is standard and so are the brakes.

do you mean a valver (as in 1.8 16v) if so then no, they dont if you mean a new clio, they lock automatically when u go over 6 mph.
