2 ’interesting’ valvers on ebay

they are both resellers so they must be not shifting the first time

i really like the first one with the willy wheels ,i know someone on here the other day was talking about the first one on but what do you recon of them both??

the first one has a buy now on for £2000? seems too good to be true??

this is the reply he sent me when i asked if it had any history etc- does this sound ok?

I dont have the history just V5 mot docs. the previous keeper still has
it.
he couldnt find it when i bought it. he has it now but he hasnt sent
it
yet.

I know the car was registered as a renault lease car and was very well
maintained. This is very well evident. the shell has no rust what so ever
this is why i bought it in the first place.

I have also had the engine out and it has been fitted with new b/e
bearnings/main brgs. crank is absolutely imaculate. When i obtained the
car
it needed the clutch and a cam belt as it was on 72,000 so i had the engine
sorted aswell. The cylinder head has been ported and the manifolds matched.
valves extensively ground in to ensure optimum performance. the engine
has
much pertential and it would make a great difference if it was chipped
be
looking around 155/160 BHP. I was working in a race team and we were running
a williams clio.. so i brought a williams rear axle/ shocks, front subframe
which is stiffer and many more parts. its running laguna wheel bearings
on
the front (heavey duty) Last saturday changed the thermastat aswell..

This car has had my devoted attension and is well worthy of a descent price.
have some reciepts for engine parts have to look for you..

i posted it up before, as i was wondering how he got the plaque !

the williams rep one would probably be a good bet to be fair. I mean its not like hes lying and trying to claim its a real willy. If all the work has been done properly, itd be a mechanically sound car too. TBH, i think if i bought it, id be tempted to rip the plaque and stickers off and bung some phase 2s on. At the very least, even just have the wheels redone in silver so you wouldnt be seen as a wannabe! As for 3.5k - well, its a sound car, sooo.....

The second one looks a bad bet - if thats been lowered ill eat my hat. The fact that its got some gay racing pedals and a "free sub" with it is a bit of a boyracer giveaway. Id doubt the basics like cambelt etc will have been done as a result.....
