If your handy and able to get under the car and drop the subframe then you could have a 182 manifold fitted with a decat. 200-250 for the manifold second hand, 99 for the decat from ktec good for 10bhp ISH with the decat there too

0w Is suitable down to some MIGHTY cold temps. 5w or 10w is normal practice, but 0w is fine mobil1 is pretty gash tho, buy some silkolene or something
