i ran ns2's up front for a year until my possitive camber ate them. was much better to push ' spirit ' driving than my bridge stone turanza's i have on atm.
contemplating getting another set, once ive finished these uniroyal 3's off
Your doing it firs to find all the problems first ;)
i want to do mine in a week after you've fitted yours lol
then graham can learn from us both what to do to make it even easier :)
New rings are no better either. Tried that and when I've done new tanks with rings it's still the same. The special tool to lock it does duck all apart from make me angry aswell :o
Do it on an empty tank without it on the van. That's how I found to do it piss easy.
Fred@btm had to do my Clio one as I fell out with it. He struggled aswell lol. The thread warps with weight. The little rubber ring is a b*****d to keep inplace aswell.
I also am following @AlexW now with...
Give it a few years when ph1's become even more collectable than trophys.... Scott will have everyone asking him how much lol :)

2 or three flushes will sort it mate. better to go overboard than it shitting itself momments after rebuilding it.
the state of that crap coming out the lines LOL
lookd worse than the kangoo up here im fixing, some idiot has put ' red neck ' diesel in which i can only assume has varnish in..... its gone all gel :headno:
It'll be a guided missile by the time I've finished finding him better pumps/injectors/turbos :D
think I'll need some more power from somewhere to keep up.....
That pk6 box will handle near 400Nm of torque
I should know as someone's got a lag' estate dci 1.9 on TDOCUK running that with bmw parts / pd 150 manifold ( made to fit ) and some rather special turbo :)
Tiu can probably f**k most of the pipe work off tbh. Run them nicely routed.
I keep...
i would say so. i didnt play much attention to it, i just ripped it off whilst i was doing the egr blank. dont forget you now have a VNT turbo. i thought the meggy had a leak but its just the vnt noise. little smoke is probs all the s**t built up over the years from the egr/ turbo/cat.
good...
its open/closed til the vac builds up, then the little diaphragm thing adjusts the angle of the flap.
i actaully dont know properly what its ment to do. other than i think its like swirl flaps in a BMW derv engine. all smooth running buls**t.
